By booking and participating in a session with Melissa Sparrow Healing, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Nature of Services
Melissa Sparrow Healing provides services as a Psychic Medium and Energy Healer. These services are based on spiritual guidance, intuitive insights, and energy healing practices. The effectiveness of these services is subjective and depends on your openness to receive messages and healing energy. Mediumship and energy healing are not scientifically proven methods, and results will vary from person to person. No specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
2. Not a Substitute for Medical, Psychological, or Legal Advice
The services provided by Melissa Sparrow Healing are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You should always consult a qualified professional for concerns related to health, mental health, legal, financial, or personal matters.
Melissa Sparrow is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, attorney, or financial advisor. If you have medical concerns, please seek advice from a licensed physician. If you are experiencing emotional distress, please consult a mental health professional. If you need legal or financial guidance, please contact an attorney or financial advisor.
3. Personal Responsibility & Voluntary Participation
By booking a session, you affirm that you are voluntarily participating and fully responsible for your own choices and interpretations. You acknowledge that all insights, guidance, and healing received are for personal growth and spiritual enrichment only. It is your responsibility to determine if any information provided during your session is valid or useful for your personal circumstances.
4. No Guarantees & No Claims of Fraud
Spiritual and energy-based practices are not regulated fields, and results are not guaranteed. By scheduling a session, you agree not to claim that Melissa Sparrow is fraudulent or misleading in any way. You acknowledge that the success of the session is dependent on multiple factors, including your own beliefs, openness, and receptivity.
5. Booking Policy
Sessions must be booked by the individual receiving the service. You may not book a session on behalf of someone else, as the effectiveness of mediumship and energy healing relies on your personal openness and readiness to believe and receive. By booking, you take full responsibility for your participation in the session.
6. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your session, you must do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. There are no refunds for canceled sessions; however, you will receive a session credit that can be used indefinitely in the future.
7. Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule, you may do so using the rescheduling link found in your appointment confirmation email. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please check your Google Calendar for the rescheduling link.
8. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
If you do not arrive or connect via Zoom within 15 minutes of your scheduled session time, your session will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
If you connect within the 15-minute grace period, your session time will be shortened accordingly, as all sessions will end at their designated time.
9. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for completed sessions, missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours of the scheduled session. If you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a session credit that can be used indefinitely in the future.
If within the first 10 mins of your session you feel that the connection is not working for you, you have the option of stopping the session and requesting a refund. If the session continues past 10 mins, you acknowledge this is your own choice to do so and no refund will be given.
Likewise, Melissa Sparrow Healing reserves the right to end the session within the first 10 minutes if they feel that you are blocked, resistant, or not open to receive messages and healing. In such cases, a refund will be provided.
10. Age Requirement
All clients must be 18 years of age or older to participate in a session.
By proceeding with booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You release Melissa Sparrow of Melissa Sparrow Healing from any and all liability related to your session and its outcomes.
